For more than twenty years I have worked at the intersection of creativity, leadership and organizational change. I have held senior creative leadership roles at DDB, Jung von Matt, Accenture, Heimat, DMB and most recently as Executive Creative Director Europe at VICE/Virtue, overseeing creative excellence across multiple European offices including Berlin, London, Vienna and Copenhagen.
I co-founded two agencies from zero to 30+ people each, building national and international client portfolios and leading them through rapid growth phases. I build teams, define direction and create environments in which ambitious work can happen at scale. I am strongest in phases of growth, repositioning and acceleration. Once structures are stable and self sustaining, I hand over and move to the next build.
