After finishing his studies in philosophy while working in a museum, djing weddings, writing cinema critics for newspapers and playing keyboard in a reggae band, Lukas finally found himself in advertising.

10 years at Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann, Jung von Matt Donau and DDB Vienna led the way to Heimat Berlin. At Heimat and before DDB Lukas worked as Executive Creative Director and managed not only to win the agencies first Lions, but also put the agency within two years from Number 12 to Number 1 in in all of Austrias creative rankings. In 2014 he won together with his Teams 7 Lions in Cannes, 2 D&AD and 4 ONE Show Pencils. Lukas has worked for Mercedes Benz, Hornbach, McDonald's, T-Mobile, Adidas, Volkswagen and many others. 2014 he has been ranked Number 29 in the BIG WON worldwide ranking of ECDs.

In 2019 after growing to 25 people an being named number 8 agency in austria (ExtraDienst Ranking) in only 4 years, working for brands like Microsoft, Peek&Cloppenburg, Greenpeace, Rewe, LifeBall, Manner etc., Lukas decided the best time to look for new adventures is while having success. And he left the agency founded by him and decided to have more fun walking brand new ways.

Since then Lukas has worked for google, youtube music, apple, been there done that, serveral agencys and handpicked clients. 2020 he startet a new adventure as head of creative with Accenture Interactive in vienna.
